The Town of Danville presents Color Play, an art exhibition opening on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Village Theatre & Art Gallery. Color Play is an art exhibition that invites the audience to explore their personal and emotional interactions with color. The artists' unique styles say to the viewer, "This is how we play with color." They ask the viewer, “How does color play with you?” Featuring large-scale and small works, this exhibition provides a variety of color experiences, including paintings and prints of diverse media and materials. Artwork by the five following artists will be on view: Ellen Levine Dodd, Elise Morris, Karen Olsen-Dunn, Sharon Paster and Julia Rymer

An Opening Reception for the Color Play exhibition is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is a family friendly event that will delight people of all ages.
