Commissions
I work with collectors to develop custom paintings for homes, offices, and public spaces. Each commission grows from my studio practice and is shaped through conversation about scale, color, and setting.
Example of a commissioned painting installed in a private home.
What is the commission process?
Each commissioned painting develops through the same process that guides my studio work: layering color, adjusting composition, and allowing the materials to evolve over time. The result is a piece that responds both to its setting and to the larger body of work in my practice.
Step 1 — Initial Conversation
We discuss size, location, palette, and timeline.
Step 2 — Proposal
I develop a concept based on our conversation.
Step 3 — Creation
The painting is created in my studio over several weeks.
Step 4 — Completion
The finished work is delivered or shipped to the collector.
